This series consists of holding schedules used by the Chief Surveyor as a basis for initiating action on the acquisition of lands in the Darwin area by the Commonwealth for replanning and development, and the resale of improvements. The three schedules relate to the town of Darwin (14 folios), suburban sections of the town of Darwin (5 folios), and the Hundred of Bagot (3 folios) and were recorded in alphabetical order by surname of owner.
